FM Well Fest - Jan 27'

FM Well Fest will be a collaborative event with Brewhalla, taking place on 1/21/27 from 3:00-8:00. We are renting out the entire second floor and creating the ultimate wellness experience! This will be vendor booths but we want to have interactive experiences, think mini sessions and immersive experiences instead of "here is a pen." Booths are $200 for members, $250 for non-members and we have the option for larger booth options with our Elevated Vendor tables. Spots are limited, so not every application will be approved. Once approved, you will receive an invoice from us and an email with more information. Thank you for your participation!

I understand this is an event in January in North Dakota and may be impacted by weather. Blizzards or cold temps are a very real possibility. We will follow the mall closure guidelines. In the case we do have to postpone, we will not issue refunds on your vendor space if you are not able to accomodate the new date.

Photographs will be taken at the event and your image may be used in marketing.

If you are unable to participate in the event, you can cancel up to 2 weeks (1/7/27) from the event with no fee. After that two weeks we will retain your table fee.

I will have my booth set up no later than 2:30 pm and will not pack up earlier than 8:00 pm.
